Due to popular demand a third BNL Spin Class has been added to the pre-Christmas spin sessions.
In addition to Tuesdays 8:30-9:30pm and Saturdays 8:45-9:45am at Nubody's Atlantic Place, a third session will run on Tuesday's 6:30-7:30pm at Nubody's Torbay Road.
There are 1 or 2 spots left in each class, as well as a few spots in the Strength & Conditioning session which runs Tuesdays 8-8:30pm at Atlantic Place. To book your spot email christiane@nl.rogers.com.
