BNL Spin Class Registration Tuesday Night

With excellent feedback on the BNL spin classes there will be 2 x 6 week sessions offered before Christmas.

A Saturday morning spin will take place at Nubody's Torbay Road Atlantic Place from 8:45-9:45am starting November 7. And starting November 10 there will be a Tuesday night spin at Nubody's Atlantic Place from 8:30-9:30pm preceded by an optional 30-minute strength and conditioning session.

BNL membership required and cost is just $20 for 6 spins and $20 for 6 strength and conditioning classes. Sign up in person this Tuesday November 3 from 7-8pm in the community room at Sobey's Topsail Road next to the Village Mall. Space is limited ... first come first served.
